  Love FBC! At First Baptist in La Vernia, the first thing you notice is you feel like family and welcome from the minute you walk in the door! The music is amazing (led by Jeff Parker) and their new pastor, Josh Walters is so down to earth and remembered my name the first time he met me. If you are looking for a church in or around the La Vernia area, I HIGHLY recommend First Baptist!
